The actual junction that gives Yeehaw Junction its name with its traffic light controlling the intersection of State Highway 441 and Route 60. The original Desert Inn, seen across the street at right in the early morning light, was built in the 1880s with the present building constructed in the 1920s. Sadly, the establishment is currently out of business.
