Late night excitement as a SpaceX Falcon Heavy booster launched at 2:30 a.m. on 25 June 2019 carrying 24 separate spacecraft into orbit for the Department of Defense’s Space Test Program-2 (STP-2). In this almost nine minute time exposure, the arc of the rocket into orbit gives way over seven minutes later to the entry burns of the twin boosters seen at top as two parallel lines. Then the boosters fall before starting their engines again, seen as the two short lines on the horizon, to land side-by-side at Cape Canaveral Air Force Station eight minutes and forty-one seconds after launch!
