Meet Lucy, the newest member of the family. Though I still grieve for Sam, Lucy appeared out of nowhere and stole my heart. She is well-mannered and devoted, and, importantly, good with cats. I was going to wait at least a few months before considering adopting a new dog but it ended up being much shorter. She has been with me a week now and I have to say that things are going very well. She had a rocky beginning, being picked up as a stray puppy in very bad condition then living in foster homes. I am doing everything I can to help her realize she has found her true home.

She is beautiful ❤️. My condolences on the loss of Sam. He was very special. Lucy looks similar to Sam except the coloring is different. So glad Lucy found her way into her forever home and is adjusting well.
