Remembering an encounter with a soggy Eagle during the winter rain of January 2016.

A winter storm moved across Florida bringing copious amounts of rain that everyone stoically endured including this soggy Bald Eagle in the rural southern part of Indian River County. Photo taken using the car as a blind and a place to stay dry out of the rain.
