Before long the Glass Bank in Cocoa Beach is razed to the ground and nothing is left except a pile of rubble and debris to clear away as seen in this night view.
Amazingly, when all is said and done, only an empty dirt lot filling with grass is left on the spot where a building of local importance once stood. History swallows its own and leaves no trace. I hope you enjoyed this five-part photo essay as much as I enjoyed putting it together.
