Red Shoulders

The red shoulders of a Red-shouldered Hawk (Buteo lineatus) catch the early morning Sun as this common Florida raptor launches off its perch.
The same Red-shouldered Hawk as in the image above perched in the bright, early morning light. Both images were taken at the Orlando Wetlands Park.
