Another Weather Delay For AFSPC-4

For the second time in two days the usual Florida summer afternoon storm moved across Cape Canaveral causing the cancellation of the launch of a United Launch Alliance Delta IV rocket poised to carry a suite of satellites into orbit for the U.S. Air Force Space Command. Learn about the mission in a previous post.
