A SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket loaded with 60 (!) Starlink satellites dejectedly vents gaseous oxygen while on the launch pad at Cape Canaveral Air Force Station after upper level winds refused to cooperate on 15 May 2019. Lightning and rain around Launch Complex 40 at Cape Canaveral Air Force Station delayed the launch of the Telstar 18 Vantage communications satellite aboard a SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket for over an hour until the weather cleared allowing for lift off at 12:45AM on 10 September 2018.
