Falcon 9 booster steers toward a landing at LZ-2 following the NG-23 launch.

A SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket launched Northrop Grumman’s NG-23 Cygnus resupply mission to the International Space Station from Space Launch Complex 40 (SLC-40) at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station at 6:11 p.m. on 14 September 2025. Following stage separation, Falcon 9’s first stage landed on Landing Zone 2 (LZ-2) at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station.
