A SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket launched the USSF-36 mission for the U.S. Space Force to orbit from Launch Complex 39A (LC-39A) at NASA’s Kennedy Space Center at 11:50 p.m. on 21 August 2025. Following stage separation, Falcon 9’s first stage landed on SpaceX’s Landing Zone 2 (LZ-2) at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station.
