A piece of fabric from the wing of the Wright Brothers original aircraft that flew at Kitty Hawk, North Carolina, on 17 December 1903. The fabric flew to the surface of the Moon in the possession of Neil Armstrong on the Apollo 11 mission in July 1969. In just 66 years, the fabric that flew on the first airplane flight had travelled to the Moon. From a display at the Orlando Science Center.
