One of the old space shuttle processing facilities at Kennedy Space Center still shows its past with the doors showing the distinctive slit in the middle to accommodate the space shuttle’s vertical stabilizer. Boeing has now taken over this facility to process the Starliner commercial crew vehicle. Inside this building a Starliner spacecraft is being processed for launch atop a United Launch Alliance Atlas V rocket in a few months to take astronauts to the International Space Station. The mural depicts Starliner in orbit.
