A SpaceX Falcon Heavy rocket launched the USSF-44 mission to a geosynchronous Earth orbit from Launch Complex 39A (LC-39A) at Kennedy Space Center at 9:41 a.m. on 1 November 2022. It sounds pretty straight forward, but the entire disappointing story can come out of the fog by clicking here, which includes a video of obscure proportions.
