The seeing was terrible so details were lost and, of course, the equipment is rather rudimentary, but I was able to get a rough image of the planet Saturn the other night from the backyard.  The rings are clearly visible in a rakish tilt around the planet. The Hubble Space Telescope should not worry about the competition.
