The sweep of the Florida East Coast Railway crossing gates festooned with blinking red lights create arcs as they raise back up to let traffic through after a train passes.  This is all part of the railroad crossing automatic warning devices at the intersection of 21st Street and US-1 in downtown Vero Beach.  And that is the Moon caught up in the girders of the cantilever railroad crossing structure.
