The columned entrance to Vero Beach City Hall looks a bit like the Roman Empire meets the Space Age meets a bulletin board. The building has been in use since 1963 but seems to have outgrown its usefulness as a debate over building a larger bureaucracy building trends amongst the politico-minded.
