One need only look at Willie Wonka to know the eccentricity of chocolate makers. In this case, a chocolate factory in downtown Vero Beach not only has Ronald McDonald greeting passersby but other marvelous unseen eccentricities as well. It’s nice – or should that be spooky? – to see the burger clown lives on somewhat after his retirement by McDonald’s in 2016.
