ANASIS-2


A SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket launches the Army/Navy/Air Force Satellite Information System (ANASIS)-II satellite for the South Korean Agency for Defense Development to be used as a communications satellite by the South Korean armed forces. Formerly known as KMilSatCom 1, the satellite lifted off at 5:30 p.m. on 20 July 2020 from Space Launch Complex 40 (SLC-40) at Cape Canaveral Air Force Station.
