An American Kestrel, North America’s smallest Falcon, along the trail at St. Sebastian River Preserve State Park keeps a sharp-eye out for prey. It did not take long. Within seconds of landing on this perch it dived down into the grass for a moment before coming up with some small creature that it flew away with to eat on a distant pine tree perch.
