Looking like a many-legged alien overlooking the town, shades of The War of the Worlds by H. G. Wells, a Martian fighting machine, actually only the patriotic Cocoa water tower. Cars streak through the old downtown industrial area hurrying to get somewhere else. This aging section of town neglected and mournful in its loneliness. Just when do the Martians arrive?
